What are your store hours?
Tuesday, Friday and Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday and Thursday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Yes! In-store pickup, local delivery in Long Island, Suffolk County, and the 5 Boroughs, and nationwide shipping.
What types of party supplies do you sell?
Balloons, treats, party favors, tableware, decorations, centerpieces, and more.
Do you create custom decorations or balloon arrangements?
Yes. Choose your theme and colors, and we’ll customize your décor and balloons to match.

What is your turnaround time?
We ask for 2 weeks’ notice, but we can often help much sooner depending on our schedule.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit cards, and online payments.
Do you accept payment plans?
Yes, with a 1/3 non-refundable deposit to secure your order.
Do you offer helium tank rentals or balloon inflation services?
We do not rent helium tanks, but we inflate outside balloons. We are not responsible for external items. We have a full in-store selection available.
Can you help me choose decorations for my event theme?
Absolutely. We provide ideas, themes, and sample photos to help you decide.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer a 10% discount to event planners with an established relationship.
Event Services
Do you offer event planning or decoration setup?
Yes. Full event setup is our specialty.
How far in advance should I book balloon arrangements or rentals?
We recommend booking early, especially between March and September.
