Security prices vary with merchandise total. Full amount of product will be charged for damages of products. Full payment must be cleared 7 days before your event. Chair and all equipment must be in same condition, decorations and props are part of condition. No rentals will be made without valid credit card for security purposes. Items not available for pick up and are not returned are considered stolen and will be reported to authorities for recovery purposes. All customers have 15 minutes grace period once drivers arrive for delivery and or set up. If no one is available to open venue, driver and or decor staff will have to leave, Please make sure some is available for delivery time you selected. You will be charged another delivery fee if we have to return. Once driver arrives for pick up you must surrender rentals. If driver has to wait to open gifts and or take additional pictures, you will be charged $25.00 per 15 minutes deducted from your security deposit. If you rent seating for your event and it cannot fit through doors we are not responsible. Furniture cannot be shoved through windows or turned upside down to fit in venue. Carpet and linens heavily stained and severely soiled linen are considered damaged and will be charged the purchase price. (ex. Gum, oil, vomit, curry etc.) Draping fabric drenched in alcohol, food articles and beverages of any kind are considered damaged. Carpet runners returned with gum, candy and other food particles that cannot be cleaned are considered damaged. No exceptions. Reservations fees are Not Refundable or Transferrable if cancelled. Security deposits will be done automatically if number is recorded. Customers who do not wish to have there credit card numbers recorded must come to store within in 30 days to receive refund.

Description

Order this Luxurious Winter wonderland scenery set up for your next birthday party! This package is designed to decorate a complete area for your guest of honor. It also provides you with a awesome focal point. With this package you will receive a professional Fabric Backdrop with a half organic cascade balloon arch around the backdrop;   with one of our luxurious large leatherette Chairs Carpet and 2 Side Centerpieces. Side pieces vary.  This package also includes a fully completed dessert table that holds 96 of our custom treats to match the theme. Behind your dessert table we offer a custom 5×7 printed backdrop completed on a heavy duty stand and curtains on the side. We finish off the look with our large light up marquee numbers of your choice; another beautiful photo area of your guest!   This package has savings of over $100.00. This package also includes set up.

You can use this package for any theme and any occasion, this is great for Weddings, Baby Showers, Sweet 16, Milestone Birthday or any other occasion to make the area special to show case your honoree.

Note: This is not available for shipping, we must deliver to your venue in NY, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Suffolk, Long Island Area ONLY.

This must be ordered at least 3-4 weeks prior to you event date. (If needed sooner please call first). All packages require consultation in store (2 Weeks Before Your Event) for color details, delivery and security charges and contract agreement must be signed in store.

This package has Additional Fees:  Refundable security deposit ($200 Minimum) that will be charged to credit card in store during consultation. These items also require a delivery and pickup fee, depending on where its going.
