Booking & Delivery Information

This décor package requires advance planning because we customize each setup for your event.

Please order 2–3 weeks before your event date. Need it sooner? Contact The Brat Shack to check availability for a rush order.

An in-store consultation is required approximately two weeks before the event. During your consultation, we will finalize your balloon colors, custom panel designs, event details, delivery arrangements and contract.

Local Delivery & Setup Only

This package is not available for shipping. Local delivery and setup are available throughout our Long Island and NYC service area, including Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx.

Additional Fees

A refundable security deposit of $100 or more is required. Delivery and pickup charges vary based on the event location and will be confirmed during your consultation.
